As a Concierge, you will be the initial contact and first impression that many people have of Willow Towers. You will greet visitors, handle phone calls and They are responsible for greeting visitors, handling both external call and internal phone calls, and ensuring a smooth experience for residents, visitors and staff alike. We want to speak with outgoing, customer-service oriented folks who for can provide patient, courteous and tactful interactions with residents, staff, family members and visitors.
