United Hebrew of New Rochelle is seeking Full Time Registered Nurses to join United Hebrew's Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA). United Hebrew of New Rochelle offers the finest in home health services from an interdisciplinary team of health care professionals.
The Home Care RN at United Hebrew's Certified Home Health Agency is responsible for establishing standards of care for patients, providing nursing service in the patient's home, assuring compliance based on current regulations, and promoting community health through teaching, counseling and providing direct patient care.
This position requires the full understanding and the active participation in fulfilling the mission of United Hebrew's Home Care program-to deliver exceptional care and to enhance the quality of life of our patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current New York State license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 1-3 years of experience as an RN
- Prior Community RN or Home Care RN experience a plus
- Access to reliable transportation a must
- CPR Certified
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
