Job Summary
The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for developing programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing for United Heritage Life Insurance Company. This position will lead the conception, development, production, delivery, and maintenance of sales assets, tools, and ongoing learning and development programs. This position will also be responsible for agent communication, profiling and leveraging technology, when possible. In a nutshell, the Sales Enablement Manager will create content and work with agents and agencies, internal colleagues of all levels, and outside vendors which will require tact and diplomacy requiring strong knowledge of practices and procedures as outlined by the Company.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supports the corporate marketing efforts in the pursuit of growth objectives in alignment with the company’s primary business plan objectives.
- Develops and maintains a sales enablement plan in collaboration with all departments and establishing KPIs in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to identify industry developments and opportunities, effectively communicating these to appropriate individuals in the organization.
- Compile marketing representative feedback related to company obstacles and coordinate inter-departmentally to resolve.
- Maintain agency profile information, leveraging technology when possible.
- Review, update, and create content for the public & agent websites and social media.
- Maintain and coordinate agency training & onboarding engagements including planning, scheduling, promoting, and creating experiences to increase agent engagement and enhance the agent onboarding process.
- Research, develop, implement, and manage innovative sales tools that support the agent field force and ease of doing business
- Assist executives as needed in developing new products and services.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; LOMA designation a plus
- Knowledge of the Life insurance business and products.
- Clear and effective verbal and business writing skills, with the capability of communicating information at an advanced level.
- Ability to compile and analyze data
- Ability to employ industry related metrics for effective management and reporting.
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Experience successfully leading others
- Proficient and aware of social media platforms, ecommerce, and digital marketing strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Constant Contact, DocuSign & Adobe Acrobat Pro; Strong Excel skills necessary.
- Ability to learn company specific software.
- Occasional travel for company-sponsored events and agency visits.

Working Conditions
Work is performed in an office environment. May sit for long periods of time. Visual acuity to perform reading and computer functions. Expected to work on outside activities, i.e., some travel required to off-site meetings and Company involved community activities.
