About You :

What Success In This Role Looks Like
After intensive classroom and field training, be tested and ready to supervise professional installations on customer's homesRamp up job volume starting with two teams and two assignments at a timeWithin Six Months, have 5 to 10 job sites active each day, project lengths extending from 1 to 14 daysMaintain a minimal rate of call backs / install revisitsWork closely with an assigned Project Coordinator to ensure customer concerns and interests are metSupport teams in executing $4M to $6M in Residential Home Improvement Projects over the course of your first yearSpecific Skills, Traits, Competencies
5 β 10 years experience installing siding / windows / exterior carpentryExperience assessing and identifying issues and potential issues on a job siteExperience coaching or guiding others through fixing errorsMotivated by the opportunity to engage in active problem solvingAbility to flourish independently with a desire to feel part of a teamEnjoy spending your days behind the wheel with a clean driving recordCommunication skills in person & on the phoneSound judgementResilience & Positive AttitudeEnjoy learningResponsibilities
