This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT policies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
IT operation and project management
- Develop and execute the IT strategic plan to ensure the continuous business growth.
- Support CRM, ERP and other IT platforms to best support business processes.
- Oversee IT project and program execution in partnership with HQ team and suppliers.
- Guide and develop business cases and budget needs for technology investments.
- Develop and enforce information security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Implement and manage security solutions to protect against cyber threats.
- Respond to and manage information security incidents.
- Build and maintain a high-performing team with a focus on mentorship and accountability.
- Organize and implement user training to enhance employees' IT proficiency and security awareness.
- Maintain close communication with the HQ’s IT team
- Promote a culture of deep business alignment and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information technology or related field.
- Minimum of ten years of IT experience supporting enterprise-scale business application and
- Minimum of five years of management experience with direct report.
- Experience supporting cross functional teams such as commercial, sales, R&D, and manufacturing.
- Experience with cybersecurity framework and certification requirements and best practices.
- Experience with developing IT requirements based on business needs and driving IT projects through implementation
- Possess relevant professional certifications
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry
- Experience in multinational companies or large enterprises is preferred.
- Multilingual in English and Chinese.
