United Independent Living Solutions is a non-skilled in-home care company that provides personal care services on a one on one basis to clients within their homes. These services require the caregiver (employee) to travel to the clients homes to provide care, clock in using a GPS enabled application and perform their work duties. The hourly compensation is based on experience, the needs of the client and the individual bill rate of the client. UILS is a privately owned and operated business that provides services through the PA Medicaid Waiver Program with the HCBS and Private Pay.
