Role Overview: Lube Truck Driver
As a Lube Truck Driver at United Infrastructure Group (UIG), you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a lube truck, providing on-site maintenance and fueling services for construction equipment. You will ensure equipment is lubricated, fueled, and serviced according to schedule, contributing to the smooth operation and longevity of heavy machinery on the job site. This role requires a commitment to safety, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
Typical Duties include but are not limited to:

Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform routine lubrication and servicing of heavy equipment, including oil changes, greasing, and fluid top-offs.
- Fuel equipment on-site and maintain accurate fueling records.

Safety and Compliance:
- Operate the lube truck safely and follow all company and OSHA safety policies and procedures.
- Inspect equipment for potential issues and report findings to the maintenance team.
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in compliance with environmental regulations.

Recordkeeping:
- Maintain detailed service logs, including fuel usage, lubrication, and maintenance activities.
- Track and report equipment service intervals and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.

Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of oils, grease, and other supplies on the truck.
- Replenish and organize supplies to ensure efficient operations.

Support to Field Operations:
- Communicate with operators and field personnel to coordinate servicing and refueling schedules.
- Assist the maintenance team with minor equipment repairs as needed.

Other Duties:
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall maintenance and operations team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience operating and maintaining a lube truck or similar equipment preferred.
- License Requirements: Valid CDL (Class A or B) with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements required.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with heavy equipment maintenance and fueling procedures.
- Safety Awareness: Strong knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations related to fueling and lubrication.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with equipment operators and maintenance personnel.
- Physical Ability: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying weather conditions.
Physical Requirements:
- Field Work: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Lifting and Carrying: Regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Mobility: Ability to climb on and off equipment and vehicles safely.

- Legally Eligible to Work in the US
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site (driver’s license required)
- Willing to work varying shifts as required by project needs
