JOB DESCRIPTION: Surveyor

Position Responsibilities:
- Verify and or setup project control.
- Proficient with Trimble Business Center and 3D Modeling.
- Maintain accurate project control points within the project limits.
- Coordinate daily with the construction management team to schedule the required layout for roadway, bridge, underground construction and other activities and needed.
- Record as built and topo data as required for the project duration.
- Spot check formwork, bearing elevations, beam elevations, pile templates, screed finished grade elevations and grading operations for subgrade, subbase, asphalt and concrete pavement.
- Work directly with the equipment operators to confirm GPS model accuracy and spot check production grading.
- Layout for clearing and grubbing limits, guardrail, walls, signage, lighting, storm sewer, utilities, pavement marking, ITS, and right of way.
- Routinely verify all survey data is accurately stored with the JV database and filing.
Salary : $60,000 - $72,000
