Responsibilities
- Educate and advise clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, Prescription Drug Plans, as well as Life and other ancillary insurance products.
- Conduct needs-based sales presentations to match clients with the best coverage.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and customer service.
- Utilize company-provided leads and marketing support to maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings through ongoing training and development.
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development programs.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations.
Qualifications
- Active Health & Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous sales experience (insurance sales preferred but not required).
- Passion for helping seniors navigate their healthcare choices.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to thrive in a performance-based environment.
