Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Contracting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the contracting process for insurance agents, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and support our growing network of professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process agent contracting applications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify licensing, certifications, and compliance with state and federal insurance regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents during the onboarding and contracting process.
- Maintain and update contracting records in our database system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve contracting issues and improve workflows.
- Provide exceptional customer service to agents and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1 years of experience in insurance, contracting, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of insurance industry regulations and licensing requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
