POSITION SUMMARY
The Personal Lines Account Processor works to maintain a high level of customer service to help assist the Account Manager who services and helps to retain established accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Maintaining a professional connection between the Account Manager and within the agency.
- Pull declaration pages to process all workload, compare and make detailed notes in policy downloads.
- Review and process renewal downloads using personnel and procedures in place for support.
- Review policy change downloads and confirm policy changes have been completed as requested to the carrier.
- Communicate with the Account Manager regarding policies or any concerns on the account.
- Respond to daily telephone calls and / or emails regarding policies.
- Keep records of activity documenting file with details for follow up.
- Performing other duties as assigned
