Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) or Sales Manager to lead and expand our client base within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
- You will play a key role in connecting businesses with top talent, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the company’s market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify client needs and industry trends.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Sales Management:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing models, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Networking and Branding:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s brand.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Use CRM tools to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations within the staffing and recruitment industry.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate staffing and recruitment solutions.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
- Jacksonville, FL 32099: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
