Role: BDM/Client Facing Manager/ Sales Manager

Location: Jacksonville, FL (5 Days in Office)

Mode: Full Time

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) or Sales Manager to lead and expand our client base within the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
  • You will play a key role in connecting businesses with top talent, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the company’s market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify client needs and industry trends.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.

Sales Management:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing models, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Networking and Branding:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s brand.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Use CRM tools to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations within the staffing and recruitment industry.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate staffing and recruitment solutions.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

  • Jacksonville, FL 32099 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Jacksonville, FL 32099: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
