Business Analyst with strong LoanIQ

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and be proficient in various analytical tools and methodologies. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Analyze data sets using SQL, Python, and other analytical tools to identify trends and insights.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize Talend for data integration tasks to streamline data workflows.
• Conduct regular assessments of business processes and recommend improvements based on analytics findings.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in analytics and business analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis tasks is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to vaticinate potential challenges based on data insights.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $45.00 - $53.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
