Pega Lead developer

Title: Pega Lead developer

Location Memphis, TN and Other locations are charlotte, New Orleans Louisiana, Birmingham, AL (5 Days in Office)

Mode: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement forms, workflows, and integrations on the Pega platform.
• Collaborate with the Architect and business teams to gather and understand requirements.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code is delivered.
• Integrate Pega with external systems via APIs and manage other system integrations.
• Design and implement dashboards and reporting solutions for end-users.
• Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7 years in software development, with 3 years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
• Strong experience with Pega PRPC, with certification as a Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in API development and integration, including REST and SOAP services.
• Experience in designing workflows and forms for operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of creating dynamic dashboards and custom reports in Pega.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in the loan operations domain or financial services industry.

· Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

· Exposure to cloud-based Pega implementations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
