Job Description:
- Teamcenter end to end implementation experience.
- Strong TC functional knowledge is must.
- min. 10-15 years exp. Role will serve as a consultant to IT and Business to assist in the architecting of our PLM/QMS implementation of Teamcenter.
- We are looking for guidance as we develop our Siemens landscape (TC PLM, TC QMS and Polarion).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements for the PLM system and capabilities.
- Understanding the needs of different engineering groups and translating them into technical specifications and decompose
- Business Process Mapping and identify gaps in the areas for improvement. Develop to be workflows that are efficient and aligned with business objectives and goals.
- Data Analysis from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for the improvement compared to the Industry Standards. Analyzing production data, quality control metrics, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design solutions that meets business requirements. Participate in developing solution design, prototypes, and demonstration to the Business SMEs, Leads and Key Stakeholders
- Discover and understand how each division consumes CAD systems, Teamcenter, Teamcenter Visualization, and business system’s Integrations
- Collaborate with different business groups and OCM Team to plan PLM Training, Enablement and Rollout
- Provide necessary business support to groups for post go live issues by coordinating with different IT teams.
- Conduct workshops, discussions with different key stakeholders to gather various PLM requirements, business processes, pain points, challenges, and co-ordinate with IT team
- Conduct workshop with Customers for MCAD, ECAD, EBOM, MBOM, BOP and Integrated change management system capabilities in PLM System for walkthrough, testing, verification, validation, demonstrations, and rollout.
- Conduct workshops and discussions on configuration management, variant management requirements, business process and co-ordinate with IT team to build solutions as per business requirements.
- Provide necessary business support and prioritize the business issues and co-ordinate to solve technical issues related to PLM and integrations with peripheral systems.
- Build use case scenario’s related to divisions for configuration, verifications of solutions aligning with business process and challenges
- Be on the forefront of new solutions to improve the product development process types.
- MedDevice experience would be great
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
