Role : AI/ML and Chatbot Developer
Location : Charlotte NC ( Day 1 onsite)
We are looking for a skilled AI/ML and Chatbot Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Dialog flow CX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI/ML implementation, chatbot development, and deployment. This role involves designing and developing conversational AI solutions that enhance user interactions and business automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Dialog flow CX to improve customer and internal user experiences.
Design, train, and optimize AI/ML models for natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot automation.
Integrate chatbots with various platforms, including enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
Enhance AI-driven conversational workflows by leveraging machine learning models and business logic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define chatbot requirements and ensure seamless implementation.
Monitor, analyze, and improve chatbot performance using analytics and feedback-driven enhancements.
Stay updated with emerging AI/ML trends and advancements in chatbot technologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio for chatbot development and customization.
Experience with Dialogflow CX, including designing conversation flows, managing intents, entities, and fulfillment.
Hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and implementation for chatbot automation.
Proficiency in NLP, machine learning algorithms, and conversational AI frameworks.
Experience integrating chatbots with cloud services, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or relevant AI/ML languages.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with AI-powered virtual assistants and enterprise automation.
Familiarity with generative AI models and LLMs for chatbot enhancement.
