Mandatory Skills : Minimum 15 Years of Test Lead experience in driving Application & Backend Systems Integration Testing - to include functional, automation, regression, API testing, Database testing, Performance & Load and Mobile Testing Minimum 6 Years of experience leading Automation Testing Team developed on open-source tools Experienced in creating the User journey driven Testing scenarios for backend integrations and handling test data management Required leadership Skills to manage Offshore QA Team members Experienced with automation tools like Selenium using Java Familiar with Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins), Code Coverage (Sonarqube) Experienced in using Test Management Software packages / tools such as JIRA, Zephyr Excellent communication and presentation skills Goal Oriented with a Product Mindset to achieve outcomes
