Primary Skill sets
1. Strong expertise in Active Directory Management, including domain design, user management, group policies, and replication.
Proficiency in Azure Active Directory administration, including directory synchronization, single sign-on (SSO), and identity governance.
2. Messaging Administrator - Microsoft Exchange, Office 365
Design, implementation, and optimization of messaging systems
Implement and manage tools and technologies such as anti-spam filters, malware scanners, encryption solutions
Managing and Supporting collaboration platform such as Microsoft Teams, including user access, integration with other systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Closely work with Compliance team,ensure that messaging systems adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of messaging system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Incident Response and Troubleshooting.
Apply ITIL principles and best practices for IT service management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Advantageous having Secondary Skills Sets
Multicloud skills - AWS, and OCI mid-level experience
Knowledge on vmware / virtualization platform and Backup / Disaster Recovery solutions.
