Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and demonstrate expertise in driving product strategy, Temenos technologies, and Banking as a Service (BaaS)/Open Banking solutions. The role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business goals.
Drive product strategy by identifying trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Provide technical leadership and expertise in Temenos T24, Core Banking, and associated technologies.
Spearhead the development and delivery of BaaS/Open Banking solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product managers, and developers, to design scalable and efficient systems.
Establish and enforce architecture standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular reviews of IT systems to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend strategic initiatives.
