Position: Pega Lead Developer
Location: Memphis, TN, Charlotte, NC, New Orleans, LA Birmingham, AL (Onsite)
Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement forms, workflows, and integrations on the Pega platform.
- Collaborate with the Architect and business teams to gather and understand requirements.
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code is delivered.
- Integrate Pega with external systems via APIs and manage other system integrations.
- Design and implement dashboards and reporting solutions for end-users.
- Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7 years in software development, with 3 years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
- Strong experience with Pega PRPC, with certification as a Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in API development and integration, including REST and SOAP services.
- Experience in designing workflows and forms for operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of creating dynamic dashboards and custom reports in Pega.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the loan operations domain or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud-based Pega implementations.
