In charge of performing product evaluation/POC/implementation/security hardening and maintaining next-generation data platforms using Cloud and various cutting-edge big data technologies. Hand-picked to serve as part of a steering committee to assess the IHG adoption of operating transactional, operational, and analytics systems either in multi-cloud or single cloud shifting from a hosted data center.
➣ Recognized by leadership with several IHG Bravo Awards for delivering and meeting key milestones.
➣ Introduced patterns, technology, process, and standards for data and applications
➣ Designed, architected, and built enterprise data lake and analytical applications in Google Cloud Platform as IAAS and Hortonworks Data Platform as PAAS.
➣ Introduced EKL platform for audit, lineage, and monitoring
➣ Designed and architected enterprise event-driven architecture with Confluent Kafka Pub/Sub.
➣ Authored Apache Spark-based reliable and recoverable framework for real-time data ingestion and curation into a data lake.
➣ Designed and architected real-time low latency complex event processing applications in the domains of reservation, loyalty, and stay.
➣ Built web applications and Rest APIs on top of big data serving new use cases.
