- 5 to 10 years of Voice and Omnichannel experience required.
- Jira users & Agile experienced.
- Providing Business as Usual IVR call flow change support.
- New call flow build support. Mentoring/Coaching others team members.
- Elevated troubleshooting experience.
- Developing inbound call flows using data inputs, data actions and Genesys Cloud API
- Developing in queue flow, outbound flow, email, and chat .
- Script development for screen pop and updating the script in call flows before transferring.
