The Publishing Coordinator will be responsible for compiling and organizing content for both printed and digital materials for UKC. This key role ensures the timely and accurate creation of daily published projects, while maintaining brand consistency and high-quality standards. The position is based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and requires an in-office presence.
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented team member who :
- Has the ability and creativity to design digital and print media in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner
- Is proficient with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office
- Has experience with magazine layouts, publishing, and project management
- Has the ability to multi-task and manage time wisely to meet tight deadlines
