**About the Role**
This position serves as the main point of contact for the branch, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Key responsibilities include developing long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer retention.
**Key Functions**
- Assist in overall leadership of the branch, contributing to the development and implementation of strategic plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for enhancements and improvements.
- Manage all aspects of maintenance contracts, including base maintenance operations, irrigation, agronomics, seasonal color, mulch installation, palm & tree pruning, and ancillary services.
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Field Management or closely related field.
- A minimum of five years' relevant experience, preferably in the Landscape or Construction Industry.
- Current state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience in managing a portfolio of accounts exceeding $1.5M in annual revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of maintenance crews with a focus on safety, quality, training, professionalism, customer service, and advancement of the company brand and culture.
