Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our team. As a pivotal figure, you will oversee a team of 3-5 crew members, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of landscaping tasks. You will utilize a variety of tools, such as mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools, to expertly trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain plants and foliage.

Requirements:
- Crew Leader Experience: Must possess 5 years of experience in a Crew Leader role.
- Experience: Lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation experience is required.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work extended hours from Monday to Friday.
- Leadership Skills: Effective leadership skills to manage and guide your team.
