Job Description: Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Irrigation Crew Leader to oversee our irrigation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, delegating tasks to crew members, and ensuring the successful completion of irrigation projects.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and delegate tasks to crew members.
- Monitor, test, and troubleshoot both existing and new irrigation systems.
- Address water feature issues, including troubleshooting, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Maintain low-voltage lighting systems.
- Perform minor hardscape installations and repairs.
- Conduct and document detailed inspections of client irrigation systems.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites and maintain them in working order.
- Assist in the development and training of crew members.
- Interact with clients and the public in a friendly and polite manner.
Requirements:
- High School diploma and a minimum of 3 years of progressive commercial irrigation experience.
- Valid Florida driver's license.
- Knowledge of pump stations, including centrifugal and submersible systems, is a plus.
- Understanding of material requirements in relation to volume and duration.
- Knowledge of program controllers for scheduling watering days, start times, and zone run times.
- Ability to adjust or change spray and rotor nozzles for uniform precipitation rates across zones.
- Experience in estimating and job costing.
- Physical capability to work in outdoor conditions, including extreme weather, sun exposure, and dealing with gas odors.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 to over 100 lbs. with assistance.
