Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Enhancements Crew Leader to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee a team of 3-5 crew members, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of a wide range of landscaping tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing and performing irrigation system installation, landscape installations such as sod, trees, and plants, as well as hardscape installations like patios, walkways, and retaining walls. You will utilize equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to deliver exceptional results in all aspects of landscape enhancement.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a crew of 3-5 members, ensuring effective teamwork and task execution.
- Utilize equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, mowers, weed eaters, and hand tools to perform irrigation system installation, as well as landscape and hardscape installations.
- Manage and assist with the installation of sod, trees, plants, patios, walkways, and retaining walls, ensuring high-quality results.
- Maintain nearby plants, trees, and foliage to uphold an impeccable appearance.
- Uphold quality and safety standards during all project execution phases.
Requirements:
Crew Leader Experience: Must possess 1-2 years of experience in a Crew Leader role.
Experience: Irrigation, hardscape and landscape installation.
Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
Availability: Must be available to work extended hours from Monday to Friday.
Leadership Skills: Effective leadership skills to manage and guide your team.
