Experience:
- Understanding of real estate deeds and various recorded documents.
- Ability to interpret legal descriptions, surveys, and property documents accurately. Experience preferred, but this will also be taught on the job.
Skills:
- Proficiency in analyzing title searches and recorded documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
