Position Summary The DC Lead is a level 5 position which assists the operations leadership in the execution of the operational objectives of the automated $1B company’s 1.8 million square foot Distribution Center (DC). Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of their department, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading a team of other team members to achieve operational excellence in accordance with company policies and procedures. This role demands a proactive leader who can drive performance, foster a collaborative work environment, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. It requires flexibility to assist multiple departments and a desire to learn while working in a fast-paced, diverse team environment that prioritizes collaboration, trust, teamwork, and continuous improvement to drive customer satisfaction. |
