Talent Development Manager Role
This role is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of all training programs for team members within our automated distribution center. The manager will collaborate with department leaders to assess needs, deliver effective training, and drive continuous improvement while leveraging innovative solutions and best practices to optimize performance.
Responsibilities
Designs, develops, and implements comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing training for current employees. Conducts regular needs assessments to identify training needs within the Distribution Center. Collaborates with department managers to understand specific training requirements and customize training programs accordingly. Facilitates training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels. Ensures all employees receive required safety and compliance training. Maintains accurate and detailed records of all training activities, employee participation, and certification statuses.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field. Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Demonstrated strong customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform physical activity at a sustained pace including walking, bending, and lifting within an automated distribution center environment.
