Job Summary:
The Account Support Coordinator position acts as the primary point of contact between Sales, Order Management, and Operations within the company. This position involves ensuring seamless coordination and effective collaboration among these departments. The core responsibility of the Account Support Coordinator is to ensure that all customers are provided timely products that meet customer specific guidelines.

- Collaborate with sales to maintain a clean and accurate open order file.
- Communicate daily with sales, order management, and various operations departments to efficiently and accurately process, allocate and ship all customer orders based on specific retailer requirements.
- Resolve sales and operational inquiries/concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
- Maintain consistent contact with sales and operations teams regarding discrepancies, missing or incorrect order information, shortages, back in stock dates, etc.
- Maintain working knowledge of account logistics and retailer requirements.
- Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up where necessary.
- Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company needs and operations.
- High School diploma and 2 years’ experience in sales support, account management, or a related role within the apparel industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in wholesale operations, import processes and distribution.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office including intermediate to advanced Excel and data management (sorting/V-look up and Pivot Tables).
- Self-motivated individual must be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively when working independently or in a team.
- Must be analytical, detailed, and organized with excellent follow up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate and succeed in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining a poise and a positive attitude.
