What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN MDS Coordinator position at UNITED LIVING COMMUNITY?
Monday - Friday
8-5pm
Coordinates, documents, and completes accurate Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments. Manages the MDS schedule and assures that the MDS is completed per state and federal guidelines.
Maintains ongoing competency of the RAI process and initiates staff education relating to the MDS.
Understands how the MDS impacts reimbursement and works to maximize the reimbursement levels.
Must have valid RN license.
Special Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Must have covid vaccine or exemption.
