Duties and responsibilities
- Assess safety training needs for new and existing employees.
- Enter training data and run reports to ensure timely completion of OSHA required and United Mechanical Inc. specific training.
- Provide monthly safety training and new hire safety training to employees.
- Conduct periodic safety walk-throughs to evaluate safety risks and tracks corrective actions and continuous improvement opportunities for these risks.
- Assists in the identification, development, and implementation of proactive programs designed to reduce injuries and illnesses.
- Act as a leader of the safety team.
- ISNetWorld experience preferred.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
