What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop 2D and 3D drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
- Assist with clash detection using Navisworks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work with project managers, architects, and field personnel to bring designs to life.
- Perform cooling and heating load calculations to optimize system performance.
- Maintain organized drawing files and ensure consistency in design standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least two years of experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, or electrical design and drafting.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software.
- Familiarity with sheet metal, hydronic piping, plumbing, and refrigeration.
- EIT certification is a plus or willingness to obtain within a year.
