The Correspondence Handler will be responsible for managing, sorting, and responding to various forms of correspondence, ensuring that all communication is processed accurately and promptly. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence (letters, emails, faxes, packages, etc.).
- Monitor inboxes or mailboxes for time-sensitive communications and ensure timely responses.
- Ensure all correspondence is handled confidentially and in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with different departments to manage specific correspondence needs.
- Follow up with recipients as needed to confirm receipt of important communications or to address unresolved issues.
- Draft and send out routine or standard responses to correspondence when required.

- High School Diploma
- Computer Literate
- Must be able to lift 7-15lbs
- Must have reliable transportation

- Basic knowledge of office equipment, such as scanners, printers, and shredders.
