Primary Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
- Work with National Scheduling and Logistics Manager, Regional Operations Manager and Technologists to maintain daily schedules
- Responsible for timely implementation and announcement of schedule changes via current protocol and or standard operating procedure
- Promptly respond to all customer inquiries related to service day activity
- Responsible for assignments of the UMS schedule to all field Teammates
- Responsible for obtaining documentation for all cancellation & addition requests from UMS Customers
- Responsible for accurately entering patient appointments in the scheduling system via the UMS scheduling intake process
- Identify and communicate all potential customer services concerns to the National Scheduling and Logistics Manager and applicable Operations Manager, among others, for further investigation
- Assist National Scheduling and Logistics Manager in assigning service dates to all UMS accounts on an annual basis, including but not limited to modifying requests, tracking confirmations, follow-up efforts, etc.
- Through cross-training, understand and be able to execute the Standard Operating Procedures for scheduling all mobile modalities
- Effectively maintain account database information, i.e. accurate contact info, preferred method of communication, Technologist and/or equipment preferences, etc.
- Work as a liaison between service, fleet and Regional Operations Manager to coordinate the scheduling of equipment preventive maintenance, physicist survey and other service requests as necessary and indicated by service line.
- Other responsibilities/projects/tasks assigned as necessary by the National Scheduling and Logistics Manager
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 2-3 years prior experience in medical scheduling or similar environment required.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
