Job description
The central duty of our CSM Coordinator is to offer comprehensive guidance and assistance to both our internal direct sales team, external ISO and reseller partners. This involves cultivating customer relationships to achieve fruitful sales outcomes, all while assuming a leadership role in marketing efforts.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Partners and Direct Sales Employees onboarding and training
- Data management and reporting
- Assist Department Director with Client retention and expansion
- Serve as the main point of contact for our Sales Partners and Direct Sales Employees, addressing their inquiries, and concerns, and providing timely solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Partners, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to Sales Partners and Direct Sales Employees.
- Assist Dept Director with. Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing Sales Partners and Direct Sales Employees.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide proactive support and guidance to clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
