Activities Associate
Full Time Days 9am - 4.30pm & every other weekend
$15.80-$17.55/hr based on experience
United Methodist Communities is currently seeking an Activities Assistant (Community Life Assistant) for Bristol Glen Senior Care Community located in Newton, NJ. Bristol Glen, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), is a thoughtfully designed to provide person directed care in a home-like environment to ensure exceptional care and quality of life for our residents.
Requirements for an Activities Assistant:
- High School Diploma or GED
- CNA certification, preferred
- 1 year(s) of relevant work history, preferred
Responsibilities for an Activities Assistant:
- Coordinate and implement Residential and Healthcare resident activities within the community.
- Assure all tasks get completed with sufficient manpower and promote an environment of teamwork.
- Assumes the responsibility of showing respect to all other persons in their community.
- Assumes the responsibility of being welcoming to associates, volunteers and residents.
