Activities Assistant (Community Life Assistant)
Part Time up to 12 hours per week
Tuesday and Wednesday Evenings 6pm -8pm & Fridays 1pm - 7.30pm
**Pay rate up to $17.55/hour; based on experience**

Collingswood Manor, a UMC Community in Camden County, is a 5-Star full-service senior living community that is a model in person-centered care community, located in beautiful Collingswood, NJ is seeking an Activities Assistant.
The Temporary Activities Assistant (Community Life Assistant) coordinates and implements Residential and Healthcare resident activities within the community.
Requirements for a Temporary Activities Assistant (Community Life Assistant):
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CNA Certification preferred.
- One year general work experience preferred.
Responsibilities for a Temporary Activities Assistant (Community Life Assistant):
- Participates in the scheduling of activities and programs within the community, communicates those with residents, encourages participation and participates in assigned programming.
- Conducts assigned programs including 1 to 1 visits.
- Assists with field trips and outings.
- Transports residents to and from planned activities within or external to community.
- Maintains resident's attendance.
- Assists with documentation- daily attendance records and 1 to 1 records.
- Meets with outside local community groups to plan joint projects which benefit community residents as instructed.
- Assures supplies are available for various activities/programs.
- Gives input to residents' care planning- assessments, care plan goals and approaches and progress notes.
