Job Description: Receptionist
Location: Shelton, CT, 06484
United Methodist Homes, a non-profit senior living organization serving its -140-year mission to provide relationship-centered care, is currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to work on our Wesley Village campus located in Shelton, CT in our Assisted Living Community: Wesley Heights.
Shift Available: Every Other Weekend
The ideal candidate will provide a welcoming environment for all guests visiting the community and for our residents. This person will be responsible for answering phones, handling resident and family requests and conduct general office duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Handling resident and family requests in a timely and professional manner
- Performing general office duties such as filing, faxing, and copying
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check, including physical, and drug screen.
