What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN Skilled Nursing (PT Night Shift) position at United Methodist Homes?
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care, work closely with residents and their families, and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations.
*$2.00 per hour shift differential is paid for second and third shift.

Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license in New York State
- Competency in skills and techniques necessary to care for residents' needs as identified through assessments and described in the plan of care
Responsibilities:
- Provide general nursing care to residents
- Supervise the daily nursing activities performed by CNAs and non-licensed staff
- Complete nursing assessments
- Establish and follow care plans
- Identify and document resident problems, symptoms, behavioral changes, and deviations from normal
