Hours: Flexible hours between 8a - 9:30pm
Location: Huron Valley PACE | Ypsilanti, MI
Huron Valley PACE® serves Washtenaw, Monroe, Western Wayne, and parts of Oakland and Livingston counties, providing participants with a wide range of medical and supportive services either at our Day Clinic in Ypsilanti, Michigan, or in the comfort of their own homes. Our dedicated healthcare professionals specialize in working with older adults, helping participants and their families make informed healthcare decisions and receive the compassionate care they deserve.
What You’ll Do:
As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care to participants in our Day Clinic or in their homes. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring participants' comfort, independence, and well-being. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote physical and emotional comfort.
- Documenting and reporting changes in participants’ conditions.
- Supporting primary care, therapy, and healthcare staff with assigned tasks.
- Working under the supervision of the Participant Care Manager while independently applying your nursing skills and knowledge.

What It Takes:
- Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with eligibility to work in the State of Michigan.
- CPR certification is required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Michigan driver’s license.
- At least 1 year of experience working with older adults.
