🎯 What You’ll Do in This Role:

You’ll be the heart of our dining experience, providing exceptional service and creating meaningful connections with our wonderful residents. With every meal you serve, you’ll brighten their day and help them feel valued, cared for, and appreciated.
This role isn't just about serving food – it's about creating moments of happiness, offering a warm smile, and ensuring our residents enjoy a dining experience that feels like home. If you're looking for a fulfilling job where you can make a true difference, this is the opportunity for you!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve meals to residents with a smile and a friendly demeanor
- Take and ensure accuracy of orders
- Cater to special dietary requirements and restrictions (i.e. ground or pureed diets)
- Watch tickets and run a tray line
- Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area
✅ What You’ll Need:
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or server in a restaurant, nursing home, or retirement community serving older adults is helpful, but not required
- Ability to participate in frequent stooping and bending, lifting up to fifty (50) pounds
