Video Editor

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Video Editor to join our team for consistent YouTube content editing. The ideal candidate will have experience with reaction/commentary videos and day-in-the-life vlogs, and be able to produce high-quality edits on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

• Edit 2–3 full 30-minute videos per month (reaction/commentary and day-in-the-life style).

• Create 3–10 clips/shorts (1–15 minutes each) from the full videos for social media sharing.

• Apply basic editing techniques including cutting, trimming, color correction, sound adjustments, and basic effects.

• Ensure videos are completed by Sunday morning or Saturday night each week.

• Pick your own work schedule, but deadlines must be met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing for YouTube or similar platforms.

• Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

• Ability to create clips/shorts from longer videos.

• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow feedback.

Additional Information:

• Workload: 2–3 full videos (30 minutes each) 3–10 clips (1–15 minutes each) per month.

• Budget: $500/month for all video editing tasks.

• Flexible schedule, but videos must be delivered by Sunday morning or Saturday night.
