We are seeking a dedicated Electronic Monitoring Agent to join our team. This role involves data entry, equipment installations, recoveries, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Device Installation & Removal: Install and remove electronic monitoring equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Data Entry & Case Management: Accurately input court-related data into the monitoring system and manage offender records.
- Equipment Recovery & Inventory Management: Retrieve devices when no longer in use, sanitize, maintain, and track inventory levels.
- Compliance Monitoring: Oversee offender compliance with court-ordered monitoring requirements.
- Enrollment Processing: Onboard new clients into the system, ensuring all necessary documentation is recorded.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and computer proficiency.
- Must be comfortable entering jails and working with offenders.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable attendance record.
Schedule & Work Location:
- Full-time | Monday – Friday (Hours discussed during the interview)
