About the Position
Position Description
The Marketing team is responsible for developing marketing strategies for UNOS’ revenue-generating departments, including data products and services, educational events and philanthropy. The Marketing Strategist should be a creative and strategic thinker who can develop and execute traditional and digital marketing campaigns to achieve our business goals. They will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing various marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content development: Collaborate with SMEs to create compelling and on-brand marketing materials, including website content, email marketing campaigns and promotional collateral.
- Campaign planning and execution: Plan, create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, social media, content, email, SEO and events) to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business development, service line and product teams, and creative teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with overall business goals.
- Digital strategy development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement and conversions for individual services and products.
- Audience segmentation: Identify and segment target audiences to tailor marketing messages and optimize campaign performance.
- Email marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content development and performance tracking.
- Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Conversion optimization: Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and user experience to drive more leads.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and/or strategies, preferably in healthcare, research consulting and/or data services.
Critical Skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM and PPC marketing best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in an evolving and collaborative environment
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or digital health preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with web design, particularly Wordpress
- Proficiency with email tools, particularly Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Google Ads preferred
Education
- 4-year degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
