WE ARE GROWING! United Nissan is seeking Rental Car Representative to join our award-winning team! Be a part of one of the most successful Nissan dealerships in the United States!
Responsible for:
- Greet customers professionally and prepare the rental agreement.
- Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges and prepare the rental agreement.
- Inputting customer information to create loaner agreement and obtaining the necessary signatures
- Validate customer credentials -driver’s license, credit card, etc…
- Coordinate Loaner vehicle flow process with Service Advisors.
- Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs.
- Vehicle inspections for damages and cleanliness, servicing vehicles for customer rentals.
- Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the office area
- Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required for business needs
Qualifications:
- Friendly and have good communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Must have basic computer navigation skills and knowledge.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Spanish speaking a plus
