- Full-time In person position (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- No weekends or holidays!

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high volumes of inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Verify patient insurance coverage using online portals and by phone
- Complete and maintain accurate insurance benefit sheets for patients
- Discuss patient accounts and assist with billing inquiries
- Accept and post patient payments
