- Lead with Impact: Oversee store performance, including profit & loss, operational excellence, and branding.
- Drive Growth: Develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability for fuel, food service, and retail.

- Travel Smart: Enjoy a hands-on role with extensive travel in your assigned territory.

What You Bring:
- Experience That Counts: 5 years in retail (gasoline, retail, grocery, or food service), with multi-store management experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate diverse teams and drive results.
- Tech Savvy: Comfort with MS Office, e-mail programs, and inventory systems.
