In this critical leadership position, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a retail store under the supervision of a Store Manager.

This role is ideal for individuals with 5 years of experience in supervisory or management roles, preferably in a retail or fast food environment. As a Store Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and lead a team, providing coaching, training, and development to help them advance in their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and courteous environment for customers and team members.
- Provide on-the-job training to new hires and existing staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a supervisor, lead, or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
- Ability to coach, train, and develop team members.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Valid and infraction-free driver's license.
- Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Able to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
- Occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 20 pounds.
- Occasional pushing and pulling with arms up to 20 pounds.
- Occasional climbing of ladders to store or retrieve materials.
